STRI is recognised as the leading authority in sports turf research, design and advice, providing support and information on the development and management of sports surfaces across the world. We are also the appointed sports turf advisors for Wimbledon, working on developing and improving the grass surfaces at The Home of Tennis.

We offer training courses for groundsmen and their teams on the latest techniques, products and machinery to use to produce consistently good quality sports turf and surfaces.

Our courses have been developed to improve the skills and knowledge of teams responsible for managing the care and maintenance of tennis courts and cover all aspects of sports surface design and maintenance.

STRI Training is acknowledged as some of the best in the industry, with accreditation from LANTRA and sports governing bodies and associations. Each delegate receives an STRI Certification of Achievement on completion of the course and CPD and BASIS points are awarded for each training module.

Our training is now structured to offer courses locally in each region to help our delegates save on travel and accommodation costs.
