Our team of advisors are recognised as the leading authority in sports turf research, design and the provision of advice on the management and maintenance of sports surfaces. We offer training modules for groundsmen, greenkeepers and their teams on up-to-date techniques, products, equipment and cost efficiencies in caring for sport turf.

The training modules have been developed for local authority staff and contractors to include all aspects of sports turf design and annual maintenance programmes to improve the skills and knowledge of the teams managing sports pitches, greens and other sports surfaces.

STRI Training is acknowledged throughout the industry, with accreditation from LANTRA and sports governing bodies and associations. Each delegate receives an STRI Certification of Achievement after successful completion of each course and CPD and BASIS points are awarded for each training module.

We have recently restructured our training with up-to-date content and the courses are run locally in each region to help our delegates save on travel and accommodation costs.

In addition to our scheduled autumn courses, we also provide bespoke training courses and seminars, tailored to an individual client’s requirements.
