Our design team provides the full range of services including the design and development of new golf courses and the reconstruction of golf courses and greens, these include:
- Preliminary feasibility studies, with estimated costs and timings
- Detailed surveys – including landscape evaluation, hydrology, habitat and topography
- Tender development and management for appointment of experienced and suitable contractors
- Detailed design proposals and plans – including golf course layout plans, details for tees and greens and bunkers, landscape and planting plans, re-contouring plans
- Drainage and irrigation solutions and plans for new courses and surveys and assessments for existing courses
- Environmental Impact Assessments, planning support, surveys and management plans
- Site monitoring and supervision
- Greens reconstruction – including surveys and design proposals
- Existing golf course evaluation and recommendations – including bunker surveys, upgrading of tee areas and greens, water features and habitat surveys
