Design

The Golf Course Development Service at STRI is headed By Golf Course Architect Jonathan Tucker, a member of the European Institute of Golf Course Architects.

Jonathon and his colleagues have successfully worked on well over 150 golf developments and the reputation of the team is well established. Traditional principles of design are applied alongside modern construction and design principles to all projects in order to meet the stringent requirements and future demands of golf.

Environmental issues are always at the fore of any new development (or extension to an existing facility) and we see the involvement of STRI’s Ecological and Environmental Services as fundamental from the very beginning of the design process.
